Public Partnerships Associate

UNICEF Philippines seeks a Manila-based UN Volunteer to support public-partnership management. Reporting to the Public Partnerships Officer, the associate will help institutionalize UNISON, assure data quality, manage pipelines and opportunity tracking, develop reporting and analytical products, and handle sensitive donor and stakeholder information with sound judgement and confidentiality.

• Support implementation and institutionalization of UNISON in the UNICEF Philippines Country Office
• Assure data quality and manage partnership pipelines and opportunity tracking
• Provide reporting and user support for public-partnership processes
• Use digital platforms, partnership intelligence tools, and data analytics to support partnership development
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products for partnership performance monitoring
• Complete other partnership and resource-mobilization tasks assigned by the supervisor

• At least two years of relevant experience in partnerships, resource mobilization, data or portfolio management, or related areas
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with research, data-management, and reporting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Sound security awareness

• Experience engaging government, development partners, donors, or multilateral organizations is desirable
• Experience with CRM systems, databases, or digital platforms is an asset
• Interest in UNICEF volunteerism and the UN system is desirable
