Job Description
Leads UNCT efforts in Viet Nam to deliver the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Strategy. The NOC officer turns UNSDCF priorities and financing diagnostics into coalitions, co-creation platforms, investment cases and mobilization initiatives. Work focuses on financing for development, economic and digital transformation, climate action, social protection, care systems and governance reform.
