• Advise on UN partnership strategy and strategic positioning
• Support the Resident Coordinator on high-level partnerships and donors
• Engage government, private-sector and civil-society partners
• Assess partnership risks and conduct due diligence
• Develop resource-mobilization strategies and investment proposals
• Identify innovative financing and public-private partnership opportunities

• Advanced degree in business or public administration, sustainable development, social sciences, education or related area
• At least five years of strategic partnerships, programme management or resource-mobilization experience
• Strategic partnership development across government, private sector and civil society
• English and French fluency
• Mauritania nationality
