Supports WFP's West and Central Africa Regional Director's office with donor engagement and resource mobilisation. The consultancy prepares senior-management briefings, proposals and communication products; coordinates meetings and missions; maintains partnership intelligence and tracking tools; and connects country offices and technical units in a demanding regional partnerships environment.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare donor briefs, talking points and background notes for senior management
- Contribute to resource mobilisation through proposal drafting and donor intelligence
- Coordinate high-level meetings, missions and events involving the Regional Director
- Draft strategic communication products, reports and concept notes
- Coordinate partnership work with country offices and technical units
- Maintain partnership tracking tools and dashboards
- Deliver briefing packages, donor proposals and funding-tracking outputs
- Maintain updated partnership databases and visibility materials
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Economics or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, donor relations or programme support
- English and French
Desired Criteria
- UN or WFP experience is an asset
