Overview
Lead UNICEF Sri Lanka and Maldives programme planning, monitoring, reporting and grant management using results-based approaches. The specialist coordinates country-programme plans, donor reporting, compliance, partnerships and evidence use to strengthen accountability and measurable results for children.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate country-programme planning and design processes
- Manage grants, donor compliance and timely fund utilisation
- Monitor programme results against indicators, baselines and targets
- Prepare corporate, management and donor reports
- Support HACT compliance and civil-society partnership oversight
- Apply rights-based and results-based management approaches
- Use data and evidence to improve programme decisions
- Support partnerships and fundraising with national committees and bilateral donors
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant social-science, development, public-policy or related discipline
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in programme planning, monitoring, reporting, management, grants, donor reporting or data analysis
- National or country-office experience coordinating with government and development partners
- Fluency in English
- Sri Lankan nationality
