Overview
Coordinate assigned IOM project activities in Montenegro, supporting implementation, monitoring, budgets, donor reporting and stakeholder liaison. The coordinator keeps delivery aligned with IOM procedures and donor requirements, organises events and documentation, and may guide or supervise other project staff.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and report project activities
- Monitor budgets, analyse project data and propose delivery adjustments
- Coordinate administration, donor visibility and narrative and financial reporting
- Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions and study visits
- Liaise with authorities, UN agencies, donors and civil-society partners and guide staff
Requirements
- Secondary-school diploma plus 6 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 4 years
- Experience liaising with authorities, international institutions, UN agencies or NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Fluent oral and written English and Montenegrin
- Montenegrin nationality/citizenship or a valid Montenegro residence and work permit
