- Support joint planning, annual workplans and inter-agency coordination mechanisms
- Prepare agendas and minutes and track agreed meeting actions
- Collect agency information and maintain coordination trackers
- Prepare dashboards, analytical summaries, briefings and reports
- Monitor cross-cutting commitments in Cooperation Framework implementation
- Coordinate communication with government and development stakeholders
- Maintain records, digital repositories and administrative documentation
- Support joint initiatives through research and information management
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in international relations, development studies, public administration, political science, economics, social sciences, strategic communications, project management or related field
- Demonstrated interest or experience in programme coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, research or communications
- English
