Coordinates the administration, governance and communications of the GFANZ Africa Network, supporting its advisory board, working groups and regional leadership. The assignment keeps workplans, meetings, records, staffing processes, budgets and partner liaison organised for timely delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate advisory board, working-group and technical-team meetings
- Support annual regional workplans and strategic priorities
- Develop briefings, background materials and presentations
- Maintain minutes, concept notes, reports, databases and archives
- Support onboarding, staff development, performance review and offboarding
- Prioritise administrative correspondence and follow up actions
- Liaise with UNEP FI and the GFANZ Secretariat on events, budgets and administration
Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, development studies, business, management, commerce, administration or a related discipline, or bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience
- At least two years of coordination and communications experience in a regional or international organisation focused on development or finance
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
