Responsibilities

  • Build shared understanding of Nature for Health objectives and systems methods
  • Facilitate bilateral and focus-group discussions with Kenyan stakeholders
  • Co-design and facilitate at least three systemic-inquiry workshops
  • Guide development of the Nature for Health partnership in Kenya
  • Prepare workshop materials, reports and revised consultation records
  • Integrate co-creation findings into the implementation project document
  • Draft terms of reference and implementation components

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in social, ecological, behavioural or management sciences, or a first degree plus two additional years of qualifying experience
  • At least seven years of postgraduate experience in knowledge management, organisational learning and partnership facilitation
  • Demonstrated facilitation using systems-thinking tools in multi-stakeholder settings
  • Experience managing programmes and developing actionable sustainable-development project documents
  • Fluent written and spoken English
