Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable cold-chain models and policy, financing and institutional recommendations
- Coordinate government, public-sector and technical stakeholders across India
- Translate demonstration-project evidence into guidance and replication models
- Manage specialist subcontractor outputs and maintain the project working group
- Prepare funding proposals and mobilise partnerships for sustainable cold-chain investment
- Deliver policy dialogue, technical assistance and capacity-building activities
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant engineering, energy, environmental, agricultural, logistics or economics field, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience
- Practical experience developing multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships
- Knowledge of cold-chain systems, logistics, agribusiness, policy frameworks and financial instruments
