Overview
Facilitates the Kenya scoping phase of the Nature for Health initiative, building a shared systems view of One Health and upstream prevention. The consultant convenes stakeholders, designs participatory workshops, strengthens partnerships, and helps turn the co-created findings into an implementation project document.

Responsibilities
- Build a shared understanding of Nature for Health objectives and systems-thinking methods
- Facilitate bilateral discussions and focus groups with Kenyan One Health stakeholders
- Co-design and lead at least three participatory scoping workshops
- Strengthen the Kenya Nature for Health partnership and agree stakeholder roles
- Document workshop feedback and learning for the implementation phase
- Contribute to the implementation project document and related terms of reference
Requirements
- Advanced degree in social, ecological, behavioural or management sciences, or a first degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Seven years of postgraduate experience in knowledge management, organizational learning and partnership facilitation
- Demonstrated facilitation experience using systems-thinking tools in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience developing project documents and actionable sustainable-development plans
- Fluency in written and spoken English
