Overview
Leads UNDP’s vaccine-integration project management unit, directing plans, budgets, partnerships, staff and results monitoring with the Philippine Department of Health, WHO and UNICEF to expand HPV and rotavirus coverage and strengthen sustainable, data-informed health systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead annual work, procurement and monitoring and evaluation planning
- Manage project funds, financial integrity and timely reporting
- Coordinate delivery with the Department of Health, WHO, UNICEF and UNDP teams
- Develop partnership agreements and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships
- Mobilise partners and apply financial oversight through UNDP systems
- Supervise project staff, set performance expectations and provide coaching
- Direct monitoring, evaluation, learning, risk management and results reporting
- Lead advocacy, strategic communications and knowledge management for the project
Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, data science, statistics, information technology, social sciences or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or seven years with a bachelor’s degree implementing, monitoring or evaluating development programmes, policy reforms or public-health initiatives
- At least three years of project-management experience in health systems, public health or data analytics
- At least three years of experience in capacity building and training programmes
- At least two years of budget advocacy and public financial management experience in health or social sectors
- Fluency in English and Filipino
