Lead, Digital Healthcare Transformation

Leads Pathfinder and outcome-based care workstreams, converting digital-health strategy into programmes, knowledge products and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

• Refine strategy, priorities and narratives for Pathfinder and outcome-based care workstreams
• Lead workstream design and delivery through concrete plans, milestones and outputs
• Manage dependencies across parallel digital-health initiatives
• Develop strategic frameworks, reports, briefs, blueprints and other knowledge products
• Synthesise expert input into decision-relevant insights for senior leaders
• Build and manage relationships with public and private sector partners
• Facilitate working groups, workshops and expert discussions
• Manage timelines, risks and coordination across internal teams and external partners

• Bachelor or master degree in public health, health policy, technology, international relations or a related field
• At least seven years of relevant healthcare, digital health, consulting, policy or innovation experience
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives or portfolios
• Understanding of digital health ecosystems and emerging health-system policies and business models
• Strong analytical, writing and facilitation skills

• Experience with international organisations, global initiatives or multi-stakeholder platforms

• Annual salary: USD 120,000–140,000
