Lead, Digital Healthcare Transformation

This role drives strategic direction for the Pathfinders engagement track of the Digital Healthcare Transformation initiative, evaluating and establishing a global Pathfinder network. The Lead also carries forward the Forum's Outcome-Based Care initiative tied to health data and new care delivery models.

Department: Centre for Health and Healthcare

• Support strategy, priorities and narratives for the Pathfinder engagement track and Outcome-Based Care initiative
• Lead core Pathfinder and Outcome-Based Care activities from design through delivery
• Lead development of high-quality knowledge products including reports, briefs and blueprints
• Shape community composition and manage relationships with Pathfinder and Outcome-Based Care partners
• Facilitate working groups, workshops and expert discussions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, health policy, technology, international relations or related field
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, digital health, consulting, policy or innovation-focused roles
