Head of Growth and Impact, Urban Transformation

Lead growth and impact for the World Economic Forum Centre for Urban Transformation by setting engagement strategy, expanding and retaining its global business community, advising senior executives on place-based impact, aligning initiatives, managing a distributed team and converting dialogue into measurable partnerships. The New York role requires on-site attendance three days each week.

• Set strategic direction for the Centre's global growth, engagement and retention efforts
• Oversee a globally distributed team responsible for engagement, communications and knowledge delivery
• Cultivate and steward senior executive relationships on growth, trust and place-based impact
• Partner with Forum business development and regional teams to achieve retention and growth targets
• Lead positioning of a senior executive platform focused on trust and license to operate
• Manage the Lead, Growth and Engagement and oversee associated communications and knowledge staff

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the private sector, business associations, and/or government or civil society roles
• Advanced university degree in a relevant field
• Experience engaging CEOs and C-suite leaders

• Strong digital fluency including CRM platforms, data analytics and emerging AI tools
• Comfortable with global travel up to 40%
