Responsibilities
- Set DIANA marketing, communications and brand strategy
- Advise senior leadership on reputation and stakeholder engagement
- Lead a distributed communications team across London, Halifax and Tallinn
- Direct campaigns, media relations, digital channels, events and messaging
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and communications resources
- Track performance metrics and strengthen internal communications
Requirements
- Master’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least eight years
- At least five years in senior marketing and communications roles
- Advanced proficiency in one NATO official language and beginner proficiency in the other
- Nationality of a NATO member country
- Ability to obtain security and medical clearance
