Strategy and Transformation Lead, TokyoNew

WEF seeks a Strategy and Transformation Lead in Tokyo to shape office strategy and growth. The lead will develop an impact roadmap, create strategy documents and dashboards, manage transformation milestones, align narratives and collaboration across teams, codify lessons, support talent development and onboarding, advise the Chief Representative and Leadership Team, and strengthen the Tokyo.

• Shape Japan strategy and coordinated impact roadmap
• Develop strategy documents, timelines, dashboards and engagement data
• Manage transformation milestones and update the Chief Representative
• Align narratives and collaboration across Tokyo and Forum teams
• Codify lessons and provide continuous transformation feedback
• Support talent development, recruitment, onboarding and team building

• Master’s degree in economics, business, management, organization development or related field
• At least 15 years experience in strategy consulting, change management or corporate strategy
• Outstanding English communication skills

• Professional Japanese proficiency
• Knowledge of Forum context and operating environment
