Manages a portfolio of major Indian and South Asian World Economic Forum partners, shaping engagement and retention across Forum activities. The Partner Lead builds executive relationships, develops country and industry strategies, delivers commercial insights and thought leadership, coordinates colleagues across Forum teams, and advances year-round plans for senior business leaders.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen and expand strategic relationships with top-tier business partners
  • Design and execute engagement strategies aligned with partner business objectives
  • Deliver industry insights and actionable thought leadership to business leaders
  • Develop targeted country and industry engagement strategies with colleagues
  • Identify stakeholders, emerging market trends and business opportunities
  • Manage partner engagement and retention across a portfolio of Indian companies
  • Coordinate with Government, Centre, Industry and Servicing teams
  • Support year-round engagement plans with corporate executives

Role Requirements

  • Master degree in a relevant field of study
  • Experience working in India and understanding of South Asia’s regional economic landscape
  • At least seven years of private-sector experience in energy, mobility, professional services or financial services and account management, sales or consulting
  • Excellent English and at least one South Asian language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
