Partner Lead, Japan Business Team

The Partner Lead for Japan builds and reinforces strategic relationships with senior executives from Forum Partner companies while developing a pipeline of new Forum Partners. The role includes partner engagement, business development, and people management within the Japan Business team.

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Forum Partner companies in Japan
• Develop tailored engagement plans to ensure Partner retention
• Identify and develop a pipeline of new Forum Partners in Japan
• Lead business and partner development initiatives aligned with regional goals
• Manage and supervise local business team members in the Japan office

• Master's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in banking, investment banking or consulting
• Native Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills

• Proven track record engaging with CEOs and C-suite executives
• Comprehensive understanding of the Japanese business environment
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
