Policy Lead, Global Regulatory Innovation Platform (GRIP)

WEF seeks a Policy Lead in Geneva to build a frontier-technology regulatory innovation workstream within GRIP. The lead will define strategy and roadmaps, link Forum technology initiatives, monitor regulation trends, produce policy frameworks and knowledge products, convene regulators and industry leaders, manage multistakeholder partnerships, and turn dialogue into practical governance solutions.

• Lead frontier-technology regulatory-innovation strategy and roadmap development
• Link GRIP with Forum technology initiatives and industry teams
• Monitor global technology and regulatory trends
• Develop policy frameworks, reports, playbooks and knowledge products
• Convene working groups, roundtables and high-level dialogues
• Build relationships with regulators, governments, industry, academia and civil society

• Advanced degree in public policy, law, economics, international relations, regulatory affairs or related field
• Seven to ten years experience at the technology, public-policy, regulation or law intersection
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong project-management and facilitation skills

• Expertise in quantum technologies, AI, biotechnology, robotics, autonomous systems or advanced technologies
• Global or regional multi-stakeholder-platform management
• Experience building initiatives or partnerships from concept to implementation
