Engineering Manager, Product Engineering

Leads a World Economic Forum product-engineering team in Geneva, combining software delivery with people leadership. The engineering manager will own team outcomes with the Product Lead, hire and coach engineers, guide design and architecture decisions, improve delivery quality and standards, and support adoption of agent-assisted development across durable cross-functional digital product teams.

• Partner with Product Lead on roadmaps, delivery, quality and business impact
• Hire engineers and manage headcount planning and performance reviews
• Coach engineers and resolve conflicts across teams
• Review code and contribute directly to product development
• Lead technical analysis of projects, features and architectural risks
• Drive adoption of agent-assisted development workflows and engineering standards

• University degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
• At least 7 years of software-engineering experience including 2 years leading engineering teams
• Strong command of Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails or Go
• Fluency in English
