Mobile Engineering Lead

The World Economic Forum's IT Team seeks a Mobile Engineering Lead to own its iOS and Android platforms, driving digital products from conception to launch. Based in Geneva, the role acts as technical lead and coach for mobile engineers, reporting to the Head of Engineering.

• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making between engineering teams and stakeholders
• Act as sponsoring coach and technical lead for mobile software engineers
• Identify and evaluate new technologies aligned with the mobile technology roadmap
• Own technical documentation design and author technical reports
• Drive end-to-end product and feature delivery across iOS, Android and back-end services
• Define and maintain mobile design standards and best practices

• University-level education in computer science, electrical/mechanical engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical product management or engineering leadership
• Demonstrated experience deploying and managing application lifecycles on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Familiarity with micro-services concepts and Salesforce.com is a plus
