• Develop case studies, simulations and practical governance tools
• Deliver training for board members and public leaders
• Adapt content to Lebanon's institutional context
• Coordinate with OMSAR and national stakeholders
• Prepare learning materials and reports

• Advanced degree in public administration, law, governance, business administration or a related field
• Experience in governance reform, board governance or executive learning
• Experience designing and delivering training modules
• Knowledge of Lebanese public institutions
• Fluency in Arabic and English
