Elections and Inclusive Governance Specialist

Provides international technical expertise to advance inclusive governance and women’s political participation in Papua New Guinea. The consultancy supports UN Women’s election-related programming through policy advice, coordination, capacity development and partnership building, helping institutions and civil society promote gender-responsive electoral processes, stronger participation and accountable governance outcomes.

• Provide technical advice on elections and inclusive governance programming
• Support gender-responsive electoral policy and institutional engagement
• Coordinate with election bodies, government and civil-society partners
• Develop capacity-building and knowledge products on women’s political participation
• Contribute monitoring, reporting and evidence-based programme improvements
