Community and Knowledge Specialist, Civil Society and Responsible Governance

Builds strategic relationships with civil-society organisations and turns research, emerging trends and stakeholder perspectives into actionable knowledge for the World Economic Forum’s governance agenda. The specialist strengthens engagement across Forum initiatives, drives community-impact activities, and develops high-quality briefings and materials that advance integrity, trust and public-private cooperation.

• Lead engagement with priority civil society constituents
• Develop value propositions linking civil society expertise to Forum initiatives
• Synthesize research, trends and stakeholder perspectives into actionable insights
• Support governance, integrity and trust initiatives including Faith in Action
• Develop briefings, presentations and communications materials
• Integrate constituent and thematic agendas across Forum activities

• Master’s degree or equivalent in public policy, international affairs, governance, political science, business and society, development studies or a related field
• Five to six years of relevant experience in research, policy, strategic advisory, knowledge development, programme design or multistakeholder engagement
• Experience developing strategic relationships with civil society organisations
• Experience in strategic partnerships and senior executive engagement
• Excellent command of English
