Specialist, Forum Innovator Team

Maintains and grows the Forum’s global innovator communities through event delivery, accurate onboarding and offboarding, account follow-up and prospect assessment. The role connects emerging companies with Forum initiatives and uses engagement insights to improve the innovator experience.

Department: Forum Innovator Team

• Prepare Forum flagship and community events with relevant internal teams
• Maintain accurate innovator communities and send onboarding and offboarding materials
• Remove departing companies promptly and keep community records current
• Follow up outstanding company obligations with internal stakeholders
• Identify and assess prospective Technology Pioneers, Global Innovators and emerging companies
• Support innovator programming at major Forum meetings
• Connect innovator companies with initiatives across centres, industries and regions
• Track engagement metrics and produce insights to improve the community experience
