Leads UNOPS strategic engagement with government and institutional partners across Northern Europe. The office head sets partner strategies, drives opportunity and portfolio growth, represents UNOPS with senior stakeholders, manages agreements and risks, and builds an inclusive, accountable partnerships team in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities
- Set and implement strategies for key Northern European partners
- Lead senior partner engagement, representation and opportunity development
- Monitor partner portfolios, risks, performance and satisfaction
- Develop global framework agreements and memoranda of understanding
- Lead, recruit and develop the Partnerships Office team
- Share partner intelligence and strengthen organizational partnership capability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10 years
- Strategic and managerial leadership experience in international development, business development, operations or programme management in a large international organization
- Significant experience leading relationship management, partner engagement and opportunity-development processes
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English
