Advise UNOPS in Moroni on Comoros partnership strategy, mapping government and donor priorities, developing project pipelines and proposals, leading high-level dialogue and negotiations, aligning programmes with national plans, strengthening results frameworks and coaching partnership staff.

• Develop national partnership and business-development strategy
• Map donors, government priorities and funding opportunities
• Advise leadership on project pipelines and positioning
• Lead high-level partner meetings and negotiations
• Guide concept notes, proposals and programme formulation
• Strengthen results frameworks and partnership monitoring
• Coach partnership and programme personnel
• Represent UNOPS in government and interagency forums

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 7 years
• International-development partnership, programme and proposal experience
• Fluency in French
