Senior Investment Officer - Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Services (MAS) Europe, Upstream & Advisory

Leads IFC investment origination and upstream advisory work in Poland, representing the institution, setting sector priorities, building senior client and government relationships, structuring bankable mandates, mobilising private capital and linking Polish markets and supply chains to Ukraine recovery opportunities.

• Lead IFC market representation and MAS strategic priorities in Poland
• Originate bankable investment mandates and mobilise private capital
• Build senior relationships with clients, financial institutions and governments
• Design upstream and advisory engagements that convert reforms into investments
• Lead and mentor the local team while supporting Ukraine recovery opportunities

• Master degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, economics, engineering or a relevant field
• At least ten years of relevant investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or project finance experience
• Strong written and verbal English
• Track record originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions

• Internationally recruited three-year term
