Senior Investment Officer - Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Services (MAS) Europe, Upstream & Advisory

Drives IFC investment origination and upstream advisory across Europe, cultivating clients and public partners, converting policy reforms into bankable opportunities, structuring financing that attracts private capital, designing pre-investment support and strengthening value chains to expand jobs and development impact.

• Originate high-impact investment mandates across European MAS sectors
• Build client, financial institution, multilateral and government relationships
• Structure financing solutions that mobilise private capital into new markets
• Design pre-investment and upstream advisory engagements that mitigate risks
• Use market intelligence to shape strategies and mentor junior colleagues

• Master degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, economics, engineering or a relevant field
• At least ten years of relevant investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or project finance experience
• Strong written and verbal English
• Track record originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions

• Internationally recruited three-year term
