Leads IFC infrastructure investment across six European markets from Paris. The manager sets regional strategy, creates project pipelines, steers transactions and portfolio risk, manages profitability and funding, builds senior client partnerships and leads a 20-person team within the wider Europe infrastructure operation.

• Create markets and develop high-impact upstream project pipelines
• Lead business development, client relationships and transaction execution
• Oversee debt and equity portfolios, risk, valuations and exit strategies
• Manage profitability, capital use, budgets and mobilized funding
• Build partnerships with governments, sponsors and World Bank teams
• Lead and develop approximately twenty direct staff
• Coordinate the wider Europe infrastructure team and cross-sector opportunities
