Advance refugee and host-community self-reliance in eastern Chad by building partnerships for employment, entrepreneurship and financial inclusion, supporting socioeconomic surveys and market-based livelihoods, analysing local economies and reporting recommendations for inclusive investment.

• Build partnerships that expand refugee economic inclusion
• Engage private-sector, financial and development service providers
• Support socioeconomic surveys, assessments and wealth ranking
• Provide technical support for market-based livelihoods activities
• Analyse local economies and identify investment opportunities
• Prepare field reports and programme recommendations

• High school diploma with three years of experience, or bachelor degree with two years of experience
• Experience supporting economic inclusion of vulnerable groups with external partners
• French proficiency at B2 level

• Hardship level E
• Non-family duty station
• Residential location is Addis Ababa
