Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of partnership events, meetings and engagement moments
- Maintain event workplans, timelines, trackers, participant lists and follow-up tools
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, background notes and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate scheduling, invitations, logistics and information flow with internal stakeholders
- Draft and edit internal communications, updates and team-facing materials
- Update SharePoint content, knowledge products and team repositories
- Structure and archive event materials, templates, guidance notes and lessons learned
Requirements
- Current student in an undergraduate or graduate programme, or recent graduate within two years of applying
- At least two years of completed undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to UNHCR work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidentiality of unpublished information learned during the assignment
