Investment Officer – Transaction Advisory

The Investment Officer executes IFC public-private partnership advisory mandates from Abidjan. The role originates infrastructure opportunities, advises government clients, structures bankable transactions, manages teams and consultants, leads tenders and negotiations, and mobilizes private investment across Western Africa.

• Develop government client relationships and originate PPP mandates
• Scope projects and negotiate advisory mandates
• Lead project preparation and multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Build and review financial models and transaction structures
• Manage tenders, roadshows, negotiations and deal closing
• Coach junior staff and contribute to regional strategy
