Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all Financial Institutions Group investment and advisory activities in Ukraine
- Originate, structure, negotiate and close debt, equity and guarantee transactions
- Oversee portfolio management, loan restructuring, rescheduling and capital optimisation
- Design de-risking and co-financing structures with development partners and blended-finance providers
- Build senior relationships with government, regulators, financial institutions and corporate executives
- Coordinate integrated client solutions across IFC regional, country and specialist teams
- Supervise investment and advisory staff and monitor market trends to adapt regional strategy
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a closely related field
- At least 15 years of financial-sector experience spanning banking, non-bank financial institutions or capital markets
- Proven record originating, structuring and closing complex debt, equity, quasi-equity and restructuring transactions
- Proven experience with blended finance, donor-funded facilities and development partners
- Credibility engaging senior government officials, regulators and C-suite executives
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
