Overview
Support ADB private-sector investments in health and education from identification through financial close. The officer performs financial and credit analysis, structures transactions, supports due diligence and investment approvals, maintains credit files and helps develop sector pipelines and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop private-sector financing opportunities in health and education
- Conduct due diligence, risk analysis and transaction structuring
- Build financial models and assess credit profiles
- Analyze financial statements, projections, sensitivities and stress scenarios
- Support due-diligence missions and transaction-team recommendations
- Prepare investment committee, board and risk documents
- Coordinate credit and safeguard issues with specialist teams
- Develop sector pipelines, policy and private-sector strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant corporate-finance, investment-banking or private-equity experience
- English report-writing and communication ability
- Nationality of an ADB member country
