Overview
Advance the UN Country Team’s partnerships and resource-mobilization agenda in Togo. The officer supports strategic alliances, financing initiatives and pooled funds, advises the Resident Coordinator, analyzes partnership opportunities and strengthens knowledge, data and coordination for SDG delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support and monitor the UN Country Team partnership strategy
- Build relationships with public, private and civil-society partners
- Assess partnership risks, opportunities and due diligence
- Develop resource-mobilization strategies and joint programmes
- Support pooled-fund establishment and management
- Advise on development-finance partnerships
- Design innovative proposals for SDG financing
- Research and share partnership practices and donor intelligence
Requirements
- Relevant advanced degree, or first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible relevant experience
- Experience across government, private-sector and civil-society partnerships
- Experience designing partnerships and resource-mobilization strategies
- Experience preparing programme proposals
- English and French at UN Level II
- Nationality of Togo
