Overview

Responsibilities
- Organize and track administrative activities
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops and institutional events
- Identify potential suppliers for required goods and services
- Conduct market research and prepare price comparisons
- Maintain administrative records, databases, contacts and schedules
- Follow internal administrative procedures and organize supporting information
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, minutes and tracking tables
- Coordinate with UN agencies, government institutions, suppliers and partners
Requirements
- Eligible final-year student, graduate or postgraduate student status
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish
- Intermediate English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with market-price research and basic comparative analysis
