Responsibilities
- Guide implementation and review of the UN Country Team partnership strategy
- Advise the Resident Coordinator on partnership risks and due diligence
- Develop resource-mobilisation strategies for Cooperation Framework priorities
- Coordinate joint programmes, funding frameworks and pooled funds
- Build partnerships around SDG financing with government, civil society and the private sector
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in partnerships, programme management, resource mobilisation or development finance
- Relevant work experience in a conflict and mission setting country
- English at UN Level II
