Partnerships Officer

Guides the UN Country Team’s partnership and resource-mobilisation strategy for the Cooperation Framework, connecting public, private and civil-society partners with SDG financing opportunities while advising the Resident Coordinator on funding, due diligence and pooled funds.

• Guide implementation and review of the UN Country Team partnership strategy
• Advise the Resident Coordinator on partnership risks and due diligence
• Develop resource-mobilisation strategies for Cooperation Framework priorities
• Coordinate joint programmes, funding frameworks and pooled funds
• Build partnerships around SDG financing with government, civil society and the private sector

• Advanced university degree in a relevant field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in partnerships, programme management, resource mobilisation or development finance
• Relevant work experience in a conflict and mission setting country
• English at UN Level II
