Responsibilities
- Manage the Resident Coordinator's calendar, appointments and representation schedule
- Coordinate briefing materials, correspondence and documents for executive action
- Arrange protocol, travel, missions and logistics for the Resident Coordinator
- Draft minutes, notes verbales and official correspondence and provide translation
- Maintain high-level partner, UN agency and diplomatic contact lists
- Organize official visits, UN events and coordination meetings
- Maintain confidential records in Teams and SharePoint
- Track commitments, deadlines, reports and front-office follow-up
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of executive-assistance, senior administrative-support or front-office experience, reduced by two years with a first university degree
- Experience supporting senior officials or executive offices with protocol arrangements
- Experience organizing meetings, missions and high-level events
- English and Arabic fluency at UN Level II
- Authorization to work at the Riyadh duty station
