Supports the World Economic Forum’s Greater China government engagement from Beijing. The participant maps public-sector stakeholders, researches policy priorities, translates Chinese and English documents, coordinates officials’ participation and visit logistics, drafts briefings and correspondence, and supports Forum events.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Map Chinese government stakeholders and policy priorities
- Support officials’ participation in the Annual Meeting 2027
- Translate documents between English and Chinese
- Coordinate liaison and follow-up with external stakeholders
- Arrange travel, accommodation and on-site logistics for officials
- Prepare background documents, briefings and official correspondence
- Research central and local government policy frameworks
- Support Greater China projects, initiatives and events
Role Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of Chinese government operating mechanisms
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Full-time graduate student status or up to three years of relevant work experience
Desired Criteria
- Overseas study or international-organization experience is strongly preferred
- Background in public policy, international relations, languages or a relevant discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
