Responsibilities

  • Map Chinese government stakeholders and policy priorities
  • Support officials’ participation in the Annual Meeting 2027
  • Translate documents between English and Chinese
  • Coordinate liaison and follow-up with external stakeholders
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and on-site logistics for officials
  • Prepare background documents, briefings and official correspondence
  • Research central and local government policy frameworks
  • Support Greater China projects, initiatives and events

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of Chinese government operating mechanisms
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Full-time graduate student status or up to three years of relevant work experience
