Lead, Forum Innovator Team

Leads how the Forum engages high-potential innovators through flagship events and thematic Centres. The role designs innovator programming, develops external event strategy, identifies and onboards companies, embeds them in initiatives and turns engagement data into a stronger community experience.

• Design and deliver Forum events dedicated to innovator communities
• Shape innovator programming within major Forum meetings and industry events
• Map external innovation events and develop a strategy for community participation
• Lead innovator development across several Forum thematic Centres
• Identify and onboard innovators aligned with Centre priorities
• Embed innovators in initiatives, working groups and flagship activities
• Track engagement metrics and improve the innovator experience
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate cross-functional workstreams
