Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner company sponsors
- Produce industry and company intelligence to inform partner engagement
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with partner priorities and the Forum agenda
- Orchestrate executive engagement opportunities across Forum centres and initiatives
- Assess partnership health and address risks and opportunities
- Document partner updates and engagement in Salesforce
- Contribute to account management process improvement and digital tool adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of seven years of experience in account management, consulting or client-facing roles
- Experience ideally within technology, telecommunications or digital infrastructure
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives on strategic topics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits and Forum events
