Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner company sponsors
  • Produce industry and company intelligence to inform partner engagement
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with partner priorities and the Forum agenda
  • Orchestrate executive engagement opportunities across Forum centres and initiatives
  • Assess partnership health and address risks and opportunities
  • Document partner updates and engagement in Salesforce
  • Contribute to account management process improvement and digital tool adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in account management, consulting or client-facing roles
  • Experience ideally within technology, telecommunications or digital infrastructure
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives on strategic topics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner visits and Forum events
