Designs and delivers an executive-learning module on Lebanon's institutional and oversight ecosystem for public boards and senior leaders. The consultant develops curriculum, stakeholder-accountability mapping and practical case studies covering oversight bodies, authority and accountability. The role strengthens ethical, inclusive governance and equips participants to engage effectively with

• Design Module 8 on institutional and oversight ecosystem
• Develop stakeholder accountability maps and practical learning tools
• Deliver executive learning for public boards and leaders
• Explain roles of Court of Audit, Central Inspection and Civil Service Board
• Use Lebanese governance case studies and simulations
• Coordinate module development with OMSAR and UN Women

• Advanced degree in public administration, law, governance or a related field
• Experience in institutional oversight, governance reform or executive learning
• Experience designing and delivering training curricula
• Knowledge of Lebanese oversight institutions
• Fluency in Arabic and English
