Job Description
The World Economic Forum seeks a Wildfire Specialist in Geneva for a temporary role supporting its Global Wildfire Leadership Network. The position coordinates network operations and member engagement, captures and shares knowledge, delivers wildfire events, and maintains programme infrastructure, workplans, indicators and reporting so partners can build wildfire resilience.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day network management including workplans, calendars and member engagement
- Support member onboarding and ongoing member-journey delivery
- Coordinate community calls and peer sessions and capture knowledge and follow-through
- Support delivery of wildfire events and communications plans
- Plan event sessions, speaker coordination, briefing packs and follow-up actions
- Maintain contact lists, calendars, workplans and impact indicators for programme reporting
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, resilience, public policy or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in programme delivery, partnerships, networks or nature and climate initiatives
- Fluency in English
- Strong project-management and operations skills
