• Conduct literature and policy reviews on sustainable chemistry in EV value chains
• Assess environmental and chemical risks across EV life-cycle stages
• Map EV battery material flows and intervention points
• Identify best practices and case studies
• Develop practical guidelines and recommendations
• Prepare training materials and regulatory-toolkit content

• Advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, green chemistry, environmental science, materials science, waste management, sustainable materials or related discipline
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in sustainable chemistry, chemicals management or environmental management
• EV battery chemistry, manufacturing, recycling and end-of-life-management expertise
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm conventions
• Experience developing policy guidance
• Multicultural and international collaboration experience
