Strengthens engagement and communications for the Centre for Financial and Monetary Systems by coordinating events, communities and partner-facing content. The specialist maintains stakeholder data, tracks engagement, supports digital channels and helps budgets, vendors and team operations run smoothly.

• Plan and execute Centre events, including invitations, logistics and follow-up
• Support the CFO Community through stakeholder research, record maintenance and agenda preparation
• Track engagement metrics and analyse community impact
• Draft newsletters, event overviews, invitations, talking points and internal materials
• Develop social-media kits, media content and updates for web and digital channels
• Coordinate budgets, contracts, vendors and operational logistics
• Co-own Salesforce data and maintain accurate community and partner records
• Support research, note-taking, knowledge tools and team records

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, international relations or marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in community management, communications or partner engagement
• Strong writing skills and advanced PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability to handle sensitive communications and manage multiple priorities

• Experience in a global or multistakeholder environment
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Familiarity with global finance and financial systems
• Interest in global affairs and public-private cooperation
