Content and Communications Lead, Intelligence & Foresight

Leads editorial delivery and strategic communications for the Forum’s Intelligence and Foresight work, turning research and multistakeholder perspectives into clear reports. The role manages contributors, production schedules and dissemination across articles, briefings, scripts, social channels and partner engagement.

Department: Intelligence and Foresight Cluster

• Develop and deliver a multistakeholder report about the future
• Coordinate editorial calendars, contributor inputs and review cycles
• Edit complex material for clarity, coherence and Forum standards
• Manage report design, production and publication with internal teams
• Create articles, briefs, explainers, transcripts and multimedia scripts
• Develop communications and onboarding materials for foresight initiatives
• Plan communications across digital, social, internal and press channels
• Prepare content supporting partner and stakeholder engagement

• University degree in communications, journalism, international relations, political science or a related field
• At least five to seven years of experience in editorial content, communications, publishing or a related field
• Experience managing complex multi-contributor publications from concept to delivery
• Excellent English writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Experience developing content dissemination strategies across digital and traditional channels

• Six-month temporary contract with an immediate start
