Overview

Supports beneficiaries of temporary protection living in designated accommodation across Ireland through orientation, accurate information and individual assistance. The role coordinates outreach visits, identifies vulnerable cases, monitors partners and produces reporting that strengthens integration-project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor integration-project activities
  • Deliver orientation and information sessions in designated accommodation
  • Coordinate centre visits with accommodation focal points
  • Provide individual assistance and refer vulnerable cases
  • Draft reports, correspondence, briefings and statistical materials
  • Organise meetings, workshops and training sessions
  • Coordinate activities with authorities, partners, UN agencies and donors
  • Monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance

Requirements

  • School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development, migration, human rights, law or a related field with three years
  • Experience disseminating information to large audiences
  • Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced persons, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Valid residence and work permit in Ireland
