Communications and Digital Analyst

The analyst expands the MPTF Office's digital communications by improving Gateway and fund-reporting platforms, supporting an AI results agent, managing web and social content, visualising pooled-fund results, maintaining partner data and analytics, and coordinating evidence-based campaigns and knowledge products.

Department: Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office

• Support digitalisation and expanded functionality of the MPTF Office Gateway
• Define business requirements for integrated platform and website enhancements
• Support development and validation of an AI agent using fund-results data
• Maintain learning toolkits and back-end communication pages
• Coordinate fund narratives, blogs, interviews and website content
• Develop social-media content for LinkedIn and X
• Create data visualisations and track web and campaign analytics
• Manage partner information, inquiries and digital relationship data

• Master's degree in communications, public relations, international relations, political science or a relevant social science, or bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
• With a bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in communications, public relations, advocacy or a related area
• Fluency in English
