Responsibilities

  • Build a dashboard covering budgets, expenditures, commitments and forecasts
  • Develop a tool comparing planned, forecast and actual expenditure
  • Design periodic financial reporting templates and variance indicators
  • Create an AI-supported prompt library and SharePoint tracking prototype
  • Map and streamline departmental administrative processes
  • Prepare a concise handover note and user guidance

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information management, data analytics or a closely related field
  • Relevant experience collecting, analysing, validating and reporting financial, budgetary or statistical data
  • Experience with forecasting, expenditure monitoring and variance analysis
  • Excellent skills in data analysis, dashboards, reporting, graphs and document preparation
  • Excellent spoken and written English
